Our online offerings are simple. We have four types of salami in three sizes of cases.

Alpino- Inspired by northern Italy’s alpine region where juniper is the spice of choice for cured meats. Bright, clean flavors punctuated by fresh juniper.

Calabrese- Spicy, but not (too) hot, this southern Italian salami is similar to chorizo and features robust flavors of smoked paprika and crushed red pepper.

Finocchiona- This classic Tuscan style salami is aromatic and sweet from a dusting of coarse ground fennel seed.

Milano- Our take on the salumi of the Lombardy region and reminiscent of classic soppressata. Simply seasoned with red wine, garlic and black pepper.
